How do we use your information?

We use your information to arrange your appointment, reply to messages, prevent misuse of our forms, and understand how the site is used. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use your reason-for-visit answer for advertising.

We use it to:

  • Contact you about your request by the method you chose.
  • Share your request with the practice that will see you (see below).
  • Keep records of requests we've handled.
  • Fix problems and improve pages, using site analytics.
  • Meet legal obligations.

Who do we share your information with?

We share your appointment request with Not yet verified so it can schedule you. We also use service providers, such as form, email and hosting companies, that handle data on our behalf under contract. We don't sell your information to anyone.

We share information only:

  1. With the practice you're matched with, to schedule your visit. Once you're its patient, the practice's own privacy notice applies to your medical care.
  2. With service providers that host the site, deliver forms and email, or run analytics. Not yet verified
  3. When required by law, or to protect people's safety.
  4. If the business is sold, with notice to you.

How long do we keep your information?

We keep appointment requests for Not yet verified months after your request is handled, and contact messages for Not yet verified months, unless the law requires longer. Then we delete them or strip anything that identifies you. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

How do we protect your information?

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), limit access to the people who need it, and choose service providers with security safeguards. No system is perfectly secure, so we collect only what's needed to arrange your visit. Not yet verified

Pro Tip: Don't include symptoms, medical history or photos in our forms or emails. Share those with your dermatologist at your visit.

What choices do you have?

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, and you can opt out of non-essential cookies. Email Not yet verified. We'll respond within Not yet verified days. State law sometimes adds rights. Pending legal review
